CDMA support is a known missing feature and is mentioned in the Ubuntu
Touch release notes:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/ReleaseNotes#Telephony
As Ricardo mentioned, oFono has partial support for CDMA, however the
major piece that's missing is the oFono rilmodem support for CDMA.
Also FYI, we use NetworkManager for Ubuntu Touch, and it currently does
not support *any* mobile data connections via oFono. There's a session
called "Converged Network Stack" being held tomorrow @ 18:15 UTC to
discuss networking, and this will be part of the discussion.
