[Ubuntu-touch-coreapps][Design][Clock] Tick marks for 3, 6, 9, 12 hours

Hi,

IMO, analog clock should have accented (darker and/or longer) ticks
for the 3, 6, 9 and 12 hours. It can help with grasping of exact time,
especially when the clock does not have any other marking.
