The pbuilder type of builders and the bazaar plugin for Debian package 
management tools with the Launchpad APIs give very promising solution.

All we need is documenting and testing  the whole chain.

Also, important to note that whenever it is possible we do recommend to 
use the native device for build instead of cross building.
