i need to call frequently people on a phone for a quick conference call (gsm conference call - no other conference system)
4 to 5 people from a list at a time 

where to start?
are there examples/tutorials/docs that i could ask first?
or is such an application (ubuntu or android) already available?
which phone would be possible to use for that?

Are there any freelance programmer to help  me (if so contact me off list)
