I need an application to make a conference call with GSM only (no other
service).
I have not found such an application and think to do it as a project
with ubuntu-phone.

Can that be done at all? It is just:
call a number of a list
put them on hold
call another number of a list
join them to a conference
put them on hold
call another ....

Where to start?
What to take care of?
Which phone would be sufficient for that task?
