Don't be such a big drama queen :)

If you don't have time to file a bug now, do it later, simple. We do look
at these bugs, although time spent replying to angry people on mailing
lists reduces the amount of time in the day to do that! :D

I have tried to reproduce the issue and can't, if I could I'd file it
myself. So I don't know if it's due to the device I have, the image version
or what.

When you have 30 seconds to file a bug just
https://bugs.launchpad.net/touch-preview-images/+filebug -> "Sometimes OSK
doesn't appear", Next, then put in the text the circumstances under which
it doesn't appear, which device and image build you're using.
