Is there a way to track unimplemented features?

For example some essential features (that must be done before a consumer
release) include: headphone support, mass storage device mode, LED
indicator and vibration.

And then there are of course loads of nice to have features like
hotspot/tethering etc.

It would be nice to have somewhere to list all the features still
missing, and what are being worked on. It would help us know that a
feature hasn't been forgotten.
