Can you get /proc/last_kmsg after the reboot? That should give us a
better idea of what went wrong in there.

My current uptime with 27 is 8 hours, and didn't find any major issue with it.

Nothing obvious, as a reboot probably means that the kernel is
crashing in some way (and we didn't update it lately afaik).
