Ubuntu Touch depends on some Android.  There is no way to work around
that.

Before anybody can help you compile Ubuntu Touch,
please answer the following questions:
-what mobile device do you want your Ubuntu Touch on?
-what android version are you running on it? Settings->About
Tablet->Android Version/Kernel Version/Build Number?

-do you have the usb cable to connect your device to your computer?
-what desktop ubuntu os are your running?
