Hey,

New blockers today, some progress on older blockers, 3 images kicked 
over the week-end, and finally get again full test image results!

#278:
- UITK fixes alarm fetching and date
- Initial implementation of time zone support in the organizer library
- html5 SDK bug fixes
- Got all latest scopes API change
- Some activation order change in usensord
- Enable hw cursor on usc (needed for unity8 desktop preview)

#279:
- Some small first boot bits improvements
- Some cgmanager fixes for the proper cgmanager switch back (once all 
tests will show that the phone isn't stuck rebooting)

#280:
- new calendar app release

AP tests results showed 2 test failing (which is really nice knowing 
that we advanced semi-bindly with manual coverage): one test failing 
every time (Unity8, fixed by now) and a new flaky one (dialer-app). 
Dogfooding results spotted some new blockers that we can see the list below.


* On the blocker list:
** Some phones are stuck while rebooting (Oliver G.)

-> This one seems to be fixed. We lost one device over the week-end, but 
can be unrelated. Let's wait for another day to see if it's really fixed.

** Music/Calendar bug (Qt event loo stopping when the device is suspend)

-> QA told that they only will make that decision once we won't have not 
any blocker left on the list.

** Scopes grey out and are unresponsive (Saviq)

-> It happens on swiping the welcome screen and swiping apps to close them

** Dead area at bottom when scrolling in scopes (Saviq)

-> Sometimes in the click scope the applications will shrink to 3 1/3 
lines instead of 4 and other time it will shrink to 1 this is a user 
facing issue but is easily fixed by scrolling up.

** Grooveshark playback has stopped functioning (Jamie)

** When using multiple webapps they crash randomly, if there is only one 
app remaining, this one starts being replaced when new ones start (David)

-> Thomas is talking about the settings implication with the design team.

** New dialer-app flaky test (Bill)

-> The fix will be in next unity8 landing


* Issues not impacting on the user experience or whitelisted by QA as 
not a promotion blocker:
** qtubuntu crash causing the dialer app to crash (only during tests) 
(Bill)

-> seems to only impact on tests, when the application isn't started by 
upstart. Bounced between unity8, then QA who unassigned themselves. So, 
seems back on Bill's plate.

** Multiple crashes on images since the scope transition (Kevin)

The other crashers are not reproducible anymore. However, we still have 
the systematic unity8 on stop crasher everytime you run the autopilot 
unity8 test suite. Being worked with a potential fix in mind.
-> QA decided to whitelist that one.
-> The crash fix will be in next Mir landing
