Thanks Kevin. It's nice to see you are being extra-careful at this point of
the release.
Richard had proposed a test plan for Unity including some tests for the
Greeter:

It would be really nice to extend that document with what you have learned
about the greeter on this first try, so on the second try we have it all
covered.

Let us know if you need a hand defining the test scenarios, running them or
automating them.
