This landed in ubuntu-rtm last night and is in image #9 there.

There will be a new landing request for unity-scope-click to Utopic
shortly that alecu is preparing, and it should be accompanied with a
request to sync the landing to ubuntu-rtm as well. That should bring
them back into sync.
