Mediascanner does not import thumbnailer. On the other hand, Components 
only provided the basic thumbnail provider. If you are using one of the 
other two (artistart, albumart), you are already using the one from 
thumbnailer so you should be good (modulo the fact that Qml imports are 
per-file so if your image logic is spread out, some files might have 
incorrect includes).
