Hi all,

This is mostly directed at Core Apps developers but is important for
everyone working on code which uses the Canonical CI Infrastructure.

When looking for help with failed or otherwise problematic jenkins
jobs please use the #ubuntu-ci-eng freenode irc channel. In addition
please use the magic word "cihelp" to ping the currently active
vanguard rather than pinging specific people individually.
