Strange.  I just tried ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed image 67 on my 
mako (closest I can get to hammerhead), and click apps seem to 
work fine.

It might help to know the exact build you're using, and 
specifically which apps don't work, and if you can find anything 
about it in the logs.
