Hey everyone,

Just a quick note: we are closing the landing gates as per our milestone
schedule. After all approved silos are landed we will build a new
promotion candidate image and hand it off to QA for testing.

Vivid (devel) landings continue normally.

This is essentially an e-mail targeted to developers - users are not
affected.
