Hello everyone,

OTA-2 image is now ready in the RC channel! After some final tests are
done we will promote that image to the stable channel - which might
happen around Monday. Big thanks go to all the developers and QA
engineers that made this release happen. Kudos!

QA now switches to vivid testing, trying to get the sign-off backlog
down as much as they can. And there's really a lot of good fixes pilled
up. We're also preparing everything for a new Qt 5.4.1 release. The
product team is a bit weary about the regression risk of such a big
landing, but we need to be considerate about the needs of the Ubuntu
desktop as well. QA will assess the quality of Qt 5.4.1 next week-ish
and afterwards we will decide when to land the new version.
