Hi.

I could not find any software keyboard (for EN or DE on mako r17)
that allows entering Ctrl-A or Ctrl-B in the "Terminal".
What am I missing or where can I configure more Ctrl keys
besides or instead of the supported ones (Z, X, and C)?

BTW: ß (SZ) should be on a separate key in DE, not just
hidden on the S-key - it's way to frequent.
