Launcher icons bug

Hello,

I was wondering, has anyone else has had the following bug
The icon of the messaging app disappeared in the launcher and now the next icon that used to be above works as the messaging icon.
So the icon is gone but the action is still of that app. The highest icon therefor opens the one before that
