Hi everyone,

The Telegram app on my bq phone never plays any sounds. The blue
indicator LED lights up when I receive a message and I get the
notification in the top bar. The phone even vibrates, but it never plays
any sounds. The core text message app does so I am sure the phone is not
set to silent mode.

I would like to file a bug report and I guess
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-telegram-app is the correct repository but
it seems the author doesn't accept any bug reports via Launchpad.

Is that the correct app and if so, how does one file a bug in this case?
