In my opinion yes, that is a bug as that is not the correct solution to the expression.

By the way, don’t feel bad if you log a bug that turns out to be a non-bug, its always good to get a couple more eyes on something. Besides, if it feels like a bug to you, chances are it’ll feel like a bug to someone else.
