my usb to hdmi output arrived today, i got a MyDP
I get a output on the nexus 7 when dual boot in to android but nothing 
from the BQ or Nexus in ubuntu touch with vivid
although ive noticed the screen goes black on the TV when plugging into 
the nexus like it knows its there in ubuntu touch
I tried just playing a video and music to see if they appear but nothing
is there a way to enable this our it simply not available yet.
