Hello everyone,

Infrastructure is back online since Friday.

After some fixes last week, we are still encountering issues that need
to be tackled before OTA-4 can be released. We are waiting for a
location-service start-up fix to land from silo 5 and a regression fix
for dual-sim handling [1]. We also had to wait for a new krillin device
tarball which has been released today.
The QA team will then re-do testing on krillin along with OTA-upgrade
tests to make sure nothing is broken. We should have a better ETA on the
upgrade somewhere tomorrow.

We will also use this week to fix the broken commitlog generation. I
will use this occasion to do it 'the right way' as well, so it might
take a bit. For now you can use the newly announced changes mailing list
in case you want to see briefly what landed.
