Hello everyone,

A quick post today: sadly the OTA-4 release might be once again a bit
delayed. We noticed issues with our language pack generation mechanisms
which do not seem to be working for our stable overlay PPA. We also had
some other problems popping up here and there, with a few additional
fixes being required.

But as announced earlier we have opened up the vivid overlay landing
gates. The current OTA-4 candidate state has been snapshotted.
