This is apparently a known bug that was also present in earlier images,
but it only showed up a couple of times. On the large majority of
devices it was never triggered.

Since updating to OTA-4 I have seen this bug on four out of 18 reboots
on krillin, so the probability of triggering it has increased *a lot*. I
am not sure what's happening, but I've noticed that the corruption is
not visible when taking a screenshot, so I assume that it happens
somewhere in the lower layers below Mir.
