I also have notice this quite often as well. It looks like dbus-daemon is
hogging the CPU system. It must be something to do with wifi or
connectivity. as toogling the wifi on and off will sort out the problem.
You will have to wait that all the wifi list disappears before you can
trigger the wifi on again. This occurs quite often when you r leaving your
wifi.
You are right this happens when I leave the house and the phone had to search
for a 3G or WIFI signal.
I noticed the exact same behaviour. The phone also takes longer (approx. 15min
vs. max 1 min) on r23 to actually connect to my home wifi after turning on wifi
and sometimes won't connect to the mobile network when I leave the wifi network
without switching it off manually whilst still in range to my router. Note that
the phone claims it has mobile signal when leaving the range of the wifi, but no
data will be transferred. With "actually connecting" to the wifi I mean that the
phone also claims to be connected to the wifi network but no data is
transferred initially.
In both cases, i.e., not actually connected wifi or mobile internet, a ping
fails telling me that the network is unreachable. This also holds for a ping in
my LAN from the phone to any device. Other devices pinging the phone tell me
that the host is not responding. Toggling flight mode on and off solves the
issue but it's a bit annoying having to do that.
This is a BQ Aquaris 4.5 on r23 in Germany on Eplus network on one SIM-card.
These problems never occurred on r22, at least not afaik. The router is a
FritzBox7390.

Torsten
