you can easily install it by copying it via adb or ssh and using
pkcon install-local --allow-untrusted /path/to/package_1.2.3.click
you should always test your app before uploading to the store,
especially when not using the SDK :)
I exclusively use vi for my app development ... works fine, but I
wouldn't upload anything to the store I haven't at least once run on the
device itself ...
