HML5 apps: localStorage has a big delay for saving values into webviews

Hi!
I filled this bug with a small example:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/oxide-qt/+bug/1469487
It's weird, the localStorage HTML5 is working perfect, but it takes seconds
to store the values (sometimes).
