I fully understand and the conept is correct. But, I think it must be
possible to make intentional exeptions.

If you don't mind installing an unconfined application from outside of
the official store you can install TweakGeek from the open store
https://open.uappexplorer.com/ Then inside TweakGeek select the
"Applications" section, choose the Terminal app and toggle the "Prevent
suspending" switch.
