[Development] How open System Settings > About this device page from QML application

Hi there,

I'm wondering whether it's possible to open the "System Settings" >
"About this device" page programmatically from a QML application. We
would need this e.g. for
https://github.com/yohanboniface/SensorsStatus/issues/4

Any hints are greatly appreciated.
