"Stagefright" affects Ubuntu touch?
As per wiki [1] the "Stagefright" bug affects android devices. Since ubuntu
touch also using the AOSP drivers, will it affects our OS too?
"The underlying attack vector <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attack_vector>
exploits <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploit_(computer_security)>
certain integer overflow <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer_overflow>
vulnerabilities <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulnerability_(computing)> in
the Android's core component called "Stagefright", which is a complex software
library <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_library> implemented in C++
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C%2B%2B> as part of the Android Open Source
Project <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_Open_Source_Project> (AOSP)
and used as a backend engine for playing various multimedia formats such as
MP4 <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP4> files"
Will Ubuntu touch affects by this, if yes any action will take place in the
upcoming releases?
