The German computer magazine "ct" publishes in number 2015/18 an article
about the topic of the Subject with the following information:

The KDE plasma-5 will run on Ubuntu phone and uses for the GUI the Qt
and KDE framework. The display manager is Wayland. It can launch KDE-
and Qt-apps, and also the apps of Ubuntu phone.

with the following information attached to it:

"This video, created in collaboration with quagga.nl demoes an early
prototype of Plasma Mobile, a Free software platform to build user
