Hi Gilles

Sorry to hear you are having problems with messaging-app. Would you mind
reporting a bug and providing us with the messaging-app log file located at:
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-legacy-messaging-app-.log

The second problem (the one after restoring the system), does it show any
other dialog or just the swipe item tutorial? You tried clicking the "Got
it" button (that's the confirm button you mentioned?)

Please let me know if you need any help reporting the bug and retrieving
the log files.
