I reported a similar looking discharge in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/powerd/+bug/1505241
but have not had it reproduce since. In that case I could see the phone was
being kept from suspending.
It may be interesting that you had wifi off, if your log shows the same
wakeups.
