Hello everyone,

Landings continue, with new versions of telepathy-ofono,
telephony-service, messaging-app, dialer-app and address-book-app making
their way to the overlay. Stable development pace so far! We have also
prepared some seed changes, adding a new framework to rc-proposed that
will be made available in OTA-9.

>From other news: it seems devel-proposed is bootable again but current
still in a very unusable state. We need to start putting more pressure
on our xenial branches.
