System blocked by excessive time due to a bug when restarting

Hi Team:

Sorry for my bad English. I running ubuntu phone OTA 8 on my nexus 4.
Two bugs have blocked my system!

I restarted my system because the WIFI was not visible. However, the
system date is set in 1969/12/31 (December 31, 1969) after the system
restart. Now, the system is blocked because several failed intents to
unblock was detected.

Well, the unlock screen is showing to wait 21161794 minutes to try
again.

I tried with wipe cache partition from recovery mode but the problem is
not solved.

I fear wipe data/factory partition option because several data will be
destroyed and I don't know if this option would resolve the situation.

The actions that caused the problem were:
1- My WIFI was inactive.
2- I activated the WIFI.
3- My phone didn't see my Access Point ([1] Bug): it was happened in
the past and the system restart was solved the same situation. So;
4- I restart my phone.
5- The phone is started and the system date is at December 31, 1969 ([2]
Bug).
6- The lock screen is showing several failed intents to unlock and it
indicates to wait 21161794 minutes to try again (I think that it is a
third bug: the time calculation should to have a logic maximal value).

Any suggestion to solve the situation? My phone is unusable in this
moment. I can only receive calls.

Thank for all!
