Hello everyone,

We're continuing our week towards OTA-9. Multiple improvement packages
landing in rc-proposed - among which were: a new ubuntu-ui-toolkit major
bugfix release, fix for location-service, new thumbnailer (crash and bug
fixes), media-hub dual-landability release and dialer, history-service
and telephony-service fixes (MMS attachment fixes, number display in
recent fix and others). There were also the usual language-pack
auto-uploads happening. Quality-wise our images getting better and
better with the overall future OTA-9 looking really promising so far.
There are still a few other silos in testing, with new custom tarballs
scheduled to be prepared for QA around tomorrow.

That being said we are slightly worried about our current emulator
situation. Right now the rc-proposed images for the emualtor are
basically broken due to LP: #1517597 [1] and a few others. This might be
a problem, as we wouldn't want to release another OTA without at least
the minimal emulator support.
