Landing team 11.01.16

Hello everyone,

Final week for OTA-9 landings! This Friday is final freeze, after which
we will build the first candidate image and send it to QA for testing.
Be sure to get everything that's needed released in the overlay before
end-of-week.

Not too many package releases today, but combined with those that we
still landed late on Friday - there's quite some things to write: a new
signon-plugin-oauth2 (crash fix), new libsignon-glib and
libaccounts-glib, a new ubuntu-ui-extras (fix for pot file updating), a
mediaplayer-app landing (desktop file and translation fixes), another
thumbnailer release (limit GIF size to 2MB), new ubuntu-scope-click, a
new ubuntu-system-settings (adding a new hidden mouse panel for future
convergence) and finally - a webbrowser-app bugfix release. Phew.

We also got new custom tarballs for all our commercial channels prepared
for testing. Those should be landing somewhere around tomorrow if no
problems are sighted.
