I agree with Zoltan about the opportunity to show something on the lock
screen. But there we are back to the multitasking dilemma :)

And yes, Jouni, we can only see if apps behave well with different theme
selection if we try it. It is the same with anything else we do: we wills
when we deploy it and apps will start adapting. Some apps are stuck with
dark or light theme, like  Music App is always dark, as it is designed to
be dark. And I'm not sure whether all apps have to apply the system theme,
simply because they don't look good in any other theme :)
