Hi Sharman!We are in knowledge of this HW issue that affected some chargers that had a bad behaviour with the screen tactility when is plugged. First of all, we always recommend to use the original charger, is this happening with the original charger of the E5?
If you want, and the problem persists I can set things up in order to send you a new modified charger (completely free) without this HW issue.
