Hi all,
Short question: Is the fix for mobile network still landing in rc
proposed? I have still the problem, that my mobile connection get lost
and my system try to WIFI although I've disabled it. It's really
annoying if you are out of WIFI zone and you want to chat or something
else...
In location with more buildings and also more WIFIs I have to reset
every second minute... Why doesn't ignore Ubuntu WIFI when I disable
it?

Hello everyone,
Development continues. Today we had a new ofono release (a fix for
mobile data not automatically connecting when leaving WiFi),
ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts (enable scrolling in the auth
page, showing UbuntuOne provider always), a backport of the new
upstream
capnproto to vivid-overlay, a new mtp (fixing issues for files > 4GB)
and a silo of pulseaudio, libhybris and android-headers for
turbo-specific fixes. Two other silos are staged for landing, so
there's
definitely more velocity today landing-wise. We also had the usual
automated language-pack updates pushed to the overlay as per every
Friday.
Today we also fixed up devel-proposed builds, so the nearest nightly
one
should not fail-to-build anymore - which doesn't mean we still won't
have issues with the system not booting properly [1].
As a final note: frieza's/cooler's are shipping! Hope our new users
will
find our tablets to their liking. Let's keep increasing our family of
Ubuntu Touch devices!
