Hello everyone,

We have just copied all OTA-11 images to the stable channels and started
the phased upgrade procedures as always. Phasing of mako and flo will
start a bit later, but still today (apologies for the slight delay). As
always, this should take less then a whole day and all users should see
the update on their phones tomorrow at latest.

Sadly, we will have to hold off promoting the emulator images (again)
for a while as there is a networking issue we need to investigate before
proceeding. We'll keep everyone informed once it's resolved.

Once again big thanks to everyone participating in this release! It was
another huge one with many devices to consider, making it a more
challenging every time. Let's just keep on rolling!
