Ah, looks like there's a firewall issue with production that didn't
affect staging, so I've filed an RT to get the firewall opened up for
git. Should be resolved hopefully soon? Hopefully soon, the ticket
status should eventually change to 'Ready to build' or at least to
whatever the next error to iterate on is.
