its plugged into the ubuntu m10 tablet
the device is USB 2.0/3.0
Samsung SE-208GB/RSWD - 8 x white external DVDRW
lsusb can see the device bus 001 as a media tek samsund dvd witer
but wodim if you do wodim --devices
i get cannot open scsi driver so expect something is missing ?
dmesg can see the device
but when i try to scan for devices it says no scsi support
so think it can see the device as it can see external sd cards when i
plug them in and it mounts them
ive tried a powered external cd rom thats the same
has anybody tried the same using a dvd or dvd witer ?..
Regards
