Thanks. they do not disappear neither after reboot nor after a while.

If they are not paired, I think they should disappear after a while, at
latest after a reboot.

You can, however, clear the entire Bluetooth device database (including
paired devices) by running:

rm -rf /var/lib/bluetooth/*

and reboot afterwards.
