OTA-13 shows No sim indicator in Dual-sim BQ E5

Hi,
Just upgraded to OTA-13, and noticed that now it always shows "No SIM" indicator (I use only one SIM card), which wasn't on previous OTAs. 

Is this behaviour by design? Is there point to show it if there is at least one SIM inserted and working?
