Hello everyone!

Much more velocity today, although not too many of the newly released
packages carry user-visible changes. Let's concentrate on those that
do, meaning: a new address-book-app with bugfixes (one related to
contact imports), new upstream version of libphonenumber (a merge from
Debian, backported to our vivid overlay), a new libertine version with
overall enhancements and bugfixes (crash fixes, better handling of
container destruction) and an updated phablet-tools for bileto (for
the recent domain and environment change). The rest are mostly just
dependency, test or packaging changes.

For now, going forward from OTA-13, developers are mostly concentrated
on bugfixes and the big main-inclusion of the unity8 stack in the
Ubuntu archives. These are the currently set priorities. At the same
time, of course, work on the xenial baseline continues in the
background.
