Correction: the arm64 infrastructure kernel update affects all three,
vivid, xenial and yakkety. Fortunately there will a special kernel
built with one configure flag changed for now, while an upstream
change for Qt allowing co-operation with the new kernel option is
being planned for z-series and xenial. It is not suitable for Stable
Release Upgrade so can't be landed to yakkety, and the change seems
quite hard to backport to vivid's older Qt so vivid will also require
using this special kernel build on the infrastructure side.
