Message #23875
Textsecure crashes because apparmor denied read-operations
Hi,
since today, Textsecure/Signal crashes after opening it, as long as I
have internet-connection.
I found following logs:
[ 352.999139] type=1400 audit(1491924910.345:546): apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="textsecure.jani_textsecure_0.3.11" name="/proc/sys/net/core/somaxconn" pid=5221 comm="textsecure" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=32011 ouid=0
[ 354.484810] type=1400 audit(1491924911.835:547): apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="textsecure.jani_textsecure_0.3.11" name="/home/phablet/.local/share/libertine/ContainersConfig.json" pid=5221 comm="textsecure" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=32011 ouid=32011
I don't know exacty, what my Textsecure is trying to read. Is it normal
for Textsecure to read this?
Reinstalling the App doesn't help, so I would like to alter(repair?) the
Apparmor-Profile.
Where can I find it, since I can't find it in /etc/appamor.d/ ?
Since Ubuntu-Phone is dying, I don't mind to live with a makeshift, as
long as I can send and receive Signal-Messages again.
Greetings,
Amarantine
