I saw this today with the most recent promoted image on mako (r17).
I've also seen it a few times on the previous image.

  Signal changes from four bars to "Denied" on SIM1 and "No Signal" on
  SIM2

Bug description:
  krillin: #16 
  last known good build: ?

  On krillin without touching the phone, the signal often changes from 3
  or 4 bars on both SIMs, to "Denied" on SIM1 and "No Signal" on SIM2.
  It stays like this few seconds to several minutes then back to full
  signal.
